Diagnosis of Public Use in Brazilian Parks: The Management Perspective
In its 5th edition, the study ‘Diagnosis of Public Use in Brazilian Parks: The Management Perspective’ provides an X-ray of the reality of these areas from the point of view of professionals who work in the everyday life of these spaces. This year, the study included 370 natural parks controlled by the three spheres of government and distributed through all biomes and regions of Brazil. The results are presented in seven axes of analysis, including respondent profiles, park characterization, management instruments, financial components, stakeholder mapping, aspects related to visitation, and respondents’ perception of contract and partnership management.
